As a Senior Sales Coordinator, you will be an individual with extensive sales experience with a strong proactive approach looking to take their career to the next step. Customer focused and target driven, you have a resilient personality ready for any and all tasks. You’re organised and thorough, with a strong attention to detail along with immaculate time management. While working well as a team, you are confident to take the lead when necessary and do so with a calm persona.

Every sales person at Revolution Bars Group is a hugely important part of the success of our national business and are the face of our venues, always providing the great Revolution welcome from the first point of contact.

You will be comfortable with online booking systems and outbound calls or face-to-face visits as you will be required to work with both cold and warm data from time to time to generate new booking/event enquiries or booking covers for a specific project.

 

Your key responsibilities, always based around working alongside your Sales Manager to achieve your venue’s pre-booked revenue targets as a team, will be to ensure that you are:

  • always adhering to the Revolution sales brand standards
  • handling all incoming event and booking enquiries in person and via telephone, website, social media and email systems and ensuring every enquiry is correctly documented on the Revolution booking system
  • maintaining the highest conversion of all incoming booking and event enquiries while treating and valuing every Revolution customer with the same level of incredible customer service 
  • keeping all of your venue’s digital and social media channels up to date, with strategised and fun content
  • utilising venue’s social media channels to drive pre-booked sales and generate enquiries by proactively engaging with online customers through comments, direct messages and other campaigns
  • ensuring all booking and event payments are collected in advance to the booking date as per your venue’s booking policy and collating booking pre-orders
  • ensuring all booking and event run sheets, pre-orders and any specific requirements are communicated to all the appropriate members of the venue’s team as agreed with them (kitchen, ops team etc)
  • overseeing select bookings and events to ensure the customer is satisfied with the set-up and the running of the event

 

You will also be responsible for at least one key sales initiative project which will form a large part of your development KPI/s. This will be set by your Sales Manager in line with current company initiatives (could be inclusive of the following projects: brunch; Friday Club; ClubSoc; bottle late night packages).

You will utilise courtesy calls, cold calls, outbound business visits and digital/social channel to meet the targets of your projects.

To enhance your development to Sales Management level your Sales Manager or General Manager may task you with other responsibilities.

Candidates should note that this is not always a 9-5 position and that you might be required to work some evenings and weekends.
